Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Wet Sky, we want you to love our cosmetic products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and returns process to make things right.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Change of Mind: We understand sometimes plans change. If you have simply changed your mind, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 15 working days of purchase. Please note, a restocking fee may apply, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@wetsky.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs. Please retain all original packaging and provide photos of the damaged/defective product(s).
  • Incorrect Items: In the case of an error in shipping and you receive a product you did not order, contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the correct item, including shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@wetsky.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order. Briefly state the reason for return and your order number.
  2. Packing and Shipping: Our team will provide detailed return instructions. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  3. Processing Your Return: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange request promptly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

International Returns

Our returns policy applies to orders made internationally. Customers outside of Australia will be responsible for international return shipping costs and any possible customs duties or taxes.

Important Notes

  • Opened or used products are generally not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. If you believe an opened product is faulty, please contact customer service directly to discuss any exceptions.
  • We recommend tracking and insuring your return for your protection.
  • Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process after we receive the returned items, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you want to exchange a product, contact customer service with your order number and desired exchange item. We’ll help you make it happen (additional shipping charges may apply).
